29th Annual Vancouver Dragon Boat Festival

June 23, 24, & 25 2017 – FREE ADMISSION!
Located at Concord Pacific Place, Creekside Park and the waters of False Creek.

Blessed with a colourful Eye-dotting Ceremony the festival begins with the Friday Night kick-off opening concert and Charity races, the festival continues with two more days of non-stop entertainment on the Main Stage, fabulous food, children’s activities, art installations, interactive circus performances, shopping, and of course, dragon boat racing of the highest caliber.

Admission is free to the general public. Plan to come down to the waters of False Creek and celebrate with us!

Canada Day at Canada Place

This award-winning event, presented by the Port of Vancouver, is the largest Canada Day celebration outside our nation’s capital and we are celebrating for two days this year to commemorate 150 years of Confederation!

Date: July 1 & 2, 2017
Location: Canada Place, Jack Poole Plaza and surrounding city streets

Honda Celebration of Light

The Honda Celebration of Light is British Columbia's flagship public event, and the largest annual offshore fireworks competition in the world. This year, Vancouver shines bright for its 27th anniversary of the Honda Celebration of Light!

Staged along Vancouver's beautiful English Bay, the week-long festival showcases the city on the world stage and continues to be one of Vancouver's best-known and most popular summer festivals.

The Honda Celebration of Light showcases pyrotechnic displays by competing countries during the three firework nights. World leaders in the pyrotechnic industry come together to represent their country through choreographed firework displays set to themed music.
